Can anybody purchase or do you only sell to businesses?

Yes! Anyone can purchase our aprons whether you're an individual or you own a chain of theme parks, hotels or casino's.  We cater to everyone!

 

Is there a minimum purchase requirement?

Absolutely not!  Why buy 6 aprons when you only need 3.  As much as we love larger orders, we don't feel we need to force our customers to purchase extra items they don't need.

 

Do I have to have an account to order?

No, you are not required to open account to place your order.

 

What happens to my information once I place my order?

We do not share, sell or rent your information.  We DO NOT keep any financial data, so remember to have your payment methods handy when you place future orders.

Can the aprons be embroidered or screen printed?

Yes, all of our aprons take embroidery and screen printing very well.

 

Are there quantity discounts?

Ordering bulk aprons is simple!  We offer bulk apron discounts on every apron we stock.   Discounts are applied per apron style per color, per size.  This makes it easier for you before you call to place your order.  The best method to order bulk aprons is to order through our system online.  Discounts are applied right in your shopping cart.   It's that simple!

Remember there are no minimum purchase requirements for any of our aprons.  If you need one apron buy one apron, if you need several cases of aprons then buy several aprons!

 

Do you offer embroidery?

Yes, limited embroidery services.  Orders must be place at least 2 weeks in advance.  It takes time to do the design and the actual embroidery plus delivery time so please plan ahead.  We would be glad to ship direct to your embroiderer as well.

What if I find a design on Embroidery.com I want?

We are slowly adding designs every week, there are MILLIONS to choose from so naturally we won't have every single one.  If you find a design we don't already have listed on our site, just email us the Design # from Embroidery.com and we will gladly add it for you.

 

 

Do you offer custom aprons services?

Yes, we can make most any custom apron.  Please call or email us for a quote!

 

What are the aprons made of and what colors are available?

We use the finest American Made fabric available.  Our aprons are very durable and move freely while you work.  Our aprons are made from 65/35 Poly/Cotton Twill Fabric with Soil Release finish.  Our aprons are made in the USA from the fabric all the way to the finished apron!

We offer 15 standard colors: Black, Brown, Hunter Green, Kelly Green, Khaki, Maroon, Navy, Orange, Pink, Purple, Red, Royal Blue, Teal, White and Yellow.

Shipping


 

What shipping methods do you use?

We ship normal shipments via UPS.  We do offer expedited shipping service by phone or email.  Fees do apply.  We also us USPS Priority Mail however Priority Mail shipments ship the next day after placing your order.

 

When will my order ship?

90% of our UPS Ground orders ship the same day up until 3:00pm EST.  Orders place after 3:00 will be shipped the next day.  USPS Priority Mail ships the next day.

 

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes, we ship all over the world.  You may place your order directly online through our website.  If your country is not listed please email or call us for a shipping quote we would be glad to ship to you.  Once you decide to order we can add your country or take your order over the phone using a credit card or we can email you and invoice where you can pay online.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and e-Checks and PayPal.

 

Is my information secure when I place my order?

Absolutely, We use the highest level encryption available!

 

What if I don't have a PayPal account can I still make purchases?

Absolutely! We accept all payment methods mentioned above. 

 

My credit card will not go through what do I do?

Verify that the name on the card matches what you enter.  Also verify the billing address, where you receive your statement, is accurate.  Verify the CVV security code matches.

 

Will you accept checks?

Yes, however, checks are only accepted for US only funds and US Banks.  Checks must clear for 2 weeks before your order can be shipped.
